Start up a tender for young companies with DNA innovation
Applications from 8 July to 11 October 2019 for start-up calls for tenders. The Region with European Funds aims to promote activities and generate employment.
The regional call for tenders for innovative start-ups is back for the fourth consecutive year, providing € 2.4 million in European funds - Por Fesr for 2019. To participate, applications can be submitted from 8 July to 11 October 2019 following the instructions on the Por Fesr website.
The call is aimed at promoting and growing start-ups capable of generating new market niches through innovative products, services and production systems, creating employment opportunities. the call for proposals allocates resources for the projects of young companies dedicated to the main sectors of Emilia-Romagna , such as agri-food, construction and construction, mechatronics and motor engineering, health and wellness industry, cultural and creative industries, innovation in services. It also wants to encourage the creation and consolidation of start-ups capable of opening up new market spaces, creating innovative products, services and production systems capable of creating new jobs . The resources of the 2019 edition of this Por Fesr call are destined in particular for the expenses for machinery, equipment, patents, consultancy, promotional and set-up costs. Micro and small companies regularly established after January 1, 2016 can apply for start-up projects and after July 8, 2014 for expansion projects.

In the 2016-2018 three-year period, almost 13 million euros of European funds have been allocated - Por Fesr to support 110 innovative startups in Emilia-Romagna, for a total of about 10.7 million euros. Emilia-Romagna is among the regions with the most advanced policies in terms of innovative start-ups. Here is a start-up out of ten of all the Italian ones registered in the Register of Chambers of Commerce ( 914 in Emilia-Romagna out of a total in Italy of 10,369). Furthermore, it is home to 160 university spin-offs (13% of the total 1,190 active in Italy) and hosts 4 Incubators certified by the Ministry. Emilia-Romagna also has a network of support structures for start-ups comprising more than 80 local players , all linked by www.emiliaromagnastartup.it , a portal that offers on and off-line services to young companies in Emilia-Romagna .
